  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
     

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
     


Returns Policy

Eligibility

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
     

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products cannot be returned. We also cannot return damaged acrylic calls.
     

Return Process

  2. Once approved, ship your item to the return address provided.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
     

Refunds

Exchanges
